Something that almost every client asks me for are breakfast ideas with some variety. These have helped so many of the mamas I work with get out of a breakfast rut, and start enjoying that morning meal!
Protein rich breakfasts (that aren't just eggs)!
- Protein pancakes
- Protein waffles
- German pancake w/ berry compote
- Smoothie
- Breakfast sausage, avocado, fruit
- Bacon, toast with nut butter and fruit
- Overnight oats
- Tofu scramble
- Chia seed pudding
- Berry baked oats
- Eggs, avocado, fruit
- Egg casserole
- Egg bites
